The North Queensland Cruising Yacht Club (NQCYC) in Bowen will hold their Cock O’ Gloucester Race on the weekend of 26-28 July 2024.  They always invite members of the Abell Point Yacht Club and the Whitsunday Sailing Club to join in for the weekend.

The weekend starts off with a beach party at Frog Rock beach, just north of the Cape Gloucester Resort, on the Friday afternoon with BYO food, drinks BBQ and firewood (if you can) around 4.30/5pm.

Saturday 27th sees the Cock O’ Gloucester race at 11.00am with a race around Gloucester Island.
